These are the plain-English terms for using greensheetmethod.com and buying our digital products. By using the site or purchasing, you agree to them.

Education, not medical advice

Everything we publish provides general educational information about nutrition and lifestyle and is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or medications. Results vary from person to person, and we make no promises about yours.

Your license to the products

When you buy one of our digital products, you get a personal, lifetime license for you and your household. Print the PDFs, put them on the refrigerator, use the tools as much as you like. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the materials, and download links are for the purchaser only.

Refunds

If a purchase is not right for you, email hello@greensheetmethod.com within 30 days and we will refund it in full. No forms, no hoops. A person reads the inbox and processes it.

The origin story, honestly told

Our program is an original, modernized interpretation inspired by a one-page meal planner created by a Chicago-area physician about sixty years ago. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original author or any medical practice. Store, brand, and product names mentioned in our materials belong to their respective owners and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

• The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us.
